Genetic Signatures 2024 AGM Highlights

Genetic Signatures 2024 AGM, held on 20th of November, warmly farewelled our highly respected and long serving Chair, Dr Nick Samaras, and welcomed Caroline Waldron as Chair.

“Caroline Waldron, our incoming Chair, has worked closely with me to facilitate a smooth transition, and on behalf of the Board, I welcome her to the next chapter of contribution to Genetic Signatures”, said Dr Samaras.

Dr. Samaras reflected on his 16 years as Chair as a privilege, expressing immense pride in the significant milestones achieved, the steadfast leadership of his fellow Directors, and the unwavering dedication of Genetic Signatures’ employees.

Newly appointed Non-Executive members, Anne Lockwood and Jenny Harry, were also formally introduced.
