When you visit the Genetic Signatures website, the following information is recorded for statistical purposes: your server’s address; the top-level domain from which you access the Internet (eg: .gov, .com, .edu, .org, .uk, .eu etc); the type of browser you use; the date and time you visited our site; the pages you visited and the documents downloaded; the link you followed to get to our site; and the link you followed to leave our site.

GSL uses CAPTCHA to protect this contact form.

The Genetic Signatures website offers a subscribe and unsubscribe email service to the visitors who wish to receive electronic newsletters and other updates. When you subscribe to this service your email address and your name, is added to a database. This information is used only to provide the service you have requested and will not be used for any other purpose, and it will not be disclosed without your consent.

We respect such preference and you have the entitlement to change such a preference.

There are areas of our website that require you to register or complete forms. For processing of the data in the context that your consent is obtained and all information collected are subjected to this Privacy Policy, so that we can provide you with services or resources you request.

Your details are processed by GSL – only for importing your requested products from Australia.

You may, at any time, update, correct, or delete certain personal information that you have provided to us.

We do not collect any sensitive data such as health-related information. There is no disclosure of the data to third parties unless we are required to do so by law.

The GSL team are aware of the privacy of individuals and their personal information and take every reasonable measure and precaution to protect and secure the personal data that we process.

All our database systems are password protected and access is only afforded to those with a legitimate reason for so doing.

Cookies:

A cookie is a piece of information that a website sends to your browser when you access information at that site. The server technology used for Genetic Signatures’ website generates a unique ID number to identify the user’s browser. This ID number is set as a cookie called CFID on the user’s browser. The server will identify the user’s browser each time the relevant information is accessed via the website.

Right to Erasure:

In accordance with the “Right to Erasure” (Art. 17 GDPR), at any time you have the right to withdraw your consent or unsubscribe from our mailing list if you believe that the personal data is no longer necessary for the legitimate business purpose which you originally provided to GSL.
