Genetic Signatures is pleased to share our FY2026 Annual Report

The report outlines the Company's full-year financial results and provides insights from our Chair and CEO on performance, strategic priorities, and the path forward.

FY2026 Highlights:

A year of strategic reset and transformation:  Under the leadership of new CEO, Maria Halasz, the Company completed a comprehensive strategic review within 90 days and implemented a business restructure expected to deliver approximately $5 million in annualised savings from FY2027.

Improved financial discipline and stronger cash position:  Revenue of $14.8 million was 7% below the prior year, reflecting a price-sensitive market and a delayed Australian respiratory season. Despite these headwinds, focused cost management delivered a 30% reduction in net loss, a 37% improvement in operating cash outflows, and a year-end cash balance of $22.1 million.

Momentum in Europe, highlighted by the signing of a 10-year supply agreement with Denmark's Hvidovre Hospital, with commercial testing now underway. The US business has been strategically reset to strengthen future foundations, while Asia Pacific represents the next key growth opportunity. A lower-risk, partnership-led approach to automation will further support growth while preserving capital.
