We are an Australian based manufacturer selling into leading pathology laboratories in Australia, and distributing worldwide, and are looking to expand our diverse, supportive and talented team.

Our diverse and talented team are growing to develop and we are now seeking a highly organised Technical assistant. Our Technical Assistant performs laboratory support duties to keep the lab organised and running smoothly, enabling Genetic Signatures to bring its innovative molecular diagnostic technology to customers, driving better patient care and outcomes.

In this role you will be responsible for:

• Lab Cleaning and Organising
• Temperature alarm monitoring
• Receiving deliveries and managing internal storage
• Inventory transfers and Restocking
• Maintaining stock levels
• Verification of incoming goods
• Assisting with organisation of incoming samples

To be successful as our Technical Assistant you will possess talent in:

• Excellent attention to detail and record keeping
• Being methodical
• Organisation
• Good time keeping
• Communication

Understanding of:

• Molecular Biology
• Good scientific and Lab practice

Education in:

• Science in Molecular Biology or related field
