We are seeking an experienced and autonomous and Digital Marketer, to plan and execute targeted digital marketing strategies to elevate Genetic Signatures’ brand in key markets. This will include tracking and reporting of key marketing metrics to optimise performance and inform business decisions. This role will support bringing our transformative molecular diagnostic solutions to customers and building awareness and appeal for our unique diagnostic solutions around the globe! Whilst the role is preferably held at our head office in Newtown, New South Wales, we will consider strong applicants from Melbourne, Victoria (working remotely).

This is an amazing opportunity to be part of a collaborative and supportive team who is ‘all in’. Reporting to the Global Marketing Manager, our collaborative Digital Marketer will be responsible for:

• Developing and executing digital marketing strategies for delivery across multiple channels (social media, search engines, display advertising, paid search engines, email etc.)
• Creating and delivering compelling content for website, blogs, social media, and email
• Supporting local and global event planning and marketing
• Website management, design and updates / improvements, working in partnership with graphic designers and external website development team
  • Execution of Search Engine Optimization strategies to drive organic traffic and improve rankings
  • Management of online customer portal – including user improvements
  • Integration of engaging digital content (e.g. blogs, landing pages)
• CRM management, analytics and reporting, including dashboard and SOP development
• Tracking, analysing and reporting across all digital channels, improving performance to meet KPIs
• Delivering best practice digital marketing processes and keeping up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and tools

Essential for success as our Digital Marketer are a:

• Minimum of 5 years digital marketing experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines – solid project management and organisation skills
• Proficient with digital marketing tools including Salesforce, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media platforms.
• Expertise in website design and management
• Relationship building at all levels of an organisation
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently, in a face-paced environment
• Digital marketing / media, website development, CRM specialist
• Strong analytical skills
• Qualifications in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).

It is advantageous if our Digital Marketer’s talent tool kit includes:

• Understanding of life sciences and molecular diagnostic related field
• Experience using WordPress
• Education in a life science or health-related field
• Experience using PowerBI or similar platforms
