EV002 – EasyScreen™ Enteric Viral Detection Kit

For the detection of (i) Norovirus GI (ii) Norovirus GII (iii) Astrovirus (iv) Rotavirus A (v) Sapovirus (vi) Enterovirus (vii) Bocavirus (viii) Adenovirus and (ix) Adenovirus (40 + 41 only) in faecal specimens. The multiplexed PCR is performed over three PCR wells and includes an Extraction Control (EC)  and Extraction Process Control (EPC) within panels, to monitor RNA integrity and PCR inhibition, in the following layout:

*Assay detects both Adenovirus universal sequence and Adenovirus 40/41 in order to distinguish ingested respiratory causing Adenovirus.

The EasyScreen™ Viral Detection Kit is designed to be used in conjunction with EasyScreen™ Sample Processing Kits and include all reagents required for amplification of 100 reactions or 500 reactions in HT format.
